What is the New Service all About?

Here at Swift Removals we are offering you a brand new fresh and frozen food delivery service from the Supermarkets in the UK. This gives you a vast range of UK goods, some of which can be delivered cheaper than buying in Spain and we even deliver to your door. The service is based on a first come first serve basis until the limit of the vehicles weight/volume is reached. We operate a modern clean temperature controlled vehicle taking temperature reports on route to ensure all your goods are kept at a maintained level on route and throughout the delivery process.

Click on each supermarket above to take you directly to there special offer pages. This is the best way to shop online to balance the cost of the delivery charge. You may purchase any item from the supermarkets but please check our guide below for restricted items.

What are the delivery areas in Spain?

Currently we only operate the service in and around the Torrevieja area. Plans are in place to further our delivery area. Please see our terms and conditions for delivery areas and pricing.

Payment

Once we receive your online order we will calculate the weight and send you an Invoice. This must be paid in full ??? days prior to the vehicle leaving the UK.

When do I order

You can order online 24/7. However we will not upload our system until the morning so as it is a first come first serve basis we cannot guarantee if your goods will leave on the next vehicle. (ie we may have space on a Thursday evening at 5pm but might be full by Friday at 6am).

Can I order from more than one Supermarket listed?

Yes you can, just remember to put the correct delivery address.

How much can I order?

You can order as much as you like.

Can I Cancel my Order?

We must be notified via email and request a confirmation of your email 72 hours prior to the vehicle leaving. All payments/refunds made to the Supermarket must be dealt with by the customer. Any orders cancelled within 72 hours of the vehicle leaving will be charged the full amount for the weight reserved on the van. Any shopping delivered to our depot will need to be arranged for collection and a admin fee of €25.00 will be charged. (CAN SHOPPING BE RETURNED??) Please see all terms and conditions below.

What happens to my goods once the Supermarket has delivered to you?

Once your goods are delivered from the Supermarket they will be placed directly into the delivery vehicle. The vehicles temperature will be recorded throughout the whole transportation of your goods.

Buying Tips

The golden rule is to purchase the special offers and lightweight items. Bulk buy whilst the items are on offer. Club together with friends and family nearby sharing the cost. This is the best way to offset our delivery charge so that not only you are not only getting the goods cheaper but delivered to your door. However you can purchase anything you like from the Supermarkets (subject to term ??? in the T&C see below) 

How will I know when I will get my delivery?

Once the vehicle is ready to leave the UK we will email you and then keep you updated on route as to when the vehicle will arrive and start deliveries.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down on route to Spain?

Our vehicle is a modern and well maintained. However should we breakdown on route we are covered by International breakdown and carry a generator as a backup to ensure the goods are kept within the correct temperature control throughout. We will always keep you updated as to when the vehicle will be repaired.

Is there a Minimum Order?

Your Shopping bill must amount to no less than £25. 

Can I order anything online?

Some goods cannot be transported (ie Alcohol and certain short life goods)

How do I know where to send my Supermarket Order?

Our delivery address is ???????? and will need to be added when you are ordering online

Is there a delivery charge in the UK?

We do not charge but some Supermarkets may charge a minimum amount for delivery depending on the slots. 

What is the delivery area in Spain?

Can I buy Clothes, TV's, Toys, Entertainment Systems etc?

Yes you can but these are transported via our normal removal trucks to and from Spain. Please click on our Online Shopping page on this website for more information.  

Can I buy Magazines?

Yes you can. Magazines/Newspapers etc are very expensive in Spain so this will be a very cheap way of transporting them for less than what you can buy in Spain. These will be transported in the cab with the driver.

What about Easter Eggs/Chocolates Etc?

Absolutely, You can make some great savings buying these types of items in the UK rather than in Spain and all are transported in our chiller department of the van so no risk of melting.
